Shipping lithium batteries through standard UK couriers is challenging, as most DO NOT accept Dangerous Goods (Class 9) on their parcel networks. This often leaves customers without a safe or compliant way to return or transport their Lithium batteries.

All LithiumPro products meet UN38.3 certification, allowing them to be shipped legally and safely with specialist hazardous-goods couriers.

We will then email you a returns postage label to affix to your box.
Ensure battery is packaged well to protect during transit. Use the original box as this is purpose built for lithium. Please ensure you take photos before and after packaging.
You will receive an email confirming your requested collection date from our courier.
Once your product has been received and inspected by our warranty team we will notify you if it is eligible for free repair under the terms of the warranty. Otherwise our warranty team will provide you a repair cost for any repairs required.
Once your product has been received and inspected by our after sales team. We will issue your refund by the same method in which you paid for your order. Note: Your bank may take upto 5-7 days to process this into your account.
Delivery is free to all mainland UK, with the exception of NI, Scotland and the isles. Our couriers charge a small premium to delivery to these locations. This will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
