This ensures real-time monitoring and management of your energy system, providing you with comprehensive insights into performance metrics and gain the ability to control operational parameters via the Victron VRM portal from anywhere in the world.
Alternatively, if you are using marine equipment that is NMEA 2000-compatible, such as displays, GPS units, and chart-plotters. By using the SMARTCOMM-to-NMEA cable, you can ensure that all your navigational and monitoring devices work harmoniously, allowing for real-time data sharing and comprehensive system monitoring. This connectivity streamlines the management of your marine electronics, ensuring you have accurate and timely information to optimise your maritime experience.
Simply plug your SMARTCOMM cable into port 1 of the battery and the other to a VE.CAN port on your VICTRON device, ie Cerbo GX or Ekrano GX to monitor & change parameters. See Below:
