Moderation & Spam Prevention We manually monitor all incoming reviews to ensure compliance with our content standards. While we do not edit the text of reviews to alter their meaning, we reserve the right to remove or reject reviews that violate the following guidelines:

• Spam & Repetitive Content: We will remove duplicate reviews, blank submissions, or content that appears to be generated by bots or AI scripts.

• Irrelevant Content: Reviews must focus on the product experience. Feedback related solely to shipping, customer service mishaps, or unrelated topics may be excluded (or directed to our support team for resolution).

• Personal Information (PII): To protect privacy, we remove reviews containing phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, or full names of individuals not associated with the public business profile.

• Inappropriate Language: We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, profanity, obscenity, threats, or harassment.

• Promotional Content: Reviews containing URLs, promotional codes, or links to other websites or competitors will be rejected.

Handling Negative Reviews We display negative reviews as long as they adhere to the content guidelines above. We value constructive criticism and may publicly respond to negative feedback to offer assistance or resolve the customer’s issue.
