Stepping up from 12V to 24V systems offers a wide array of benefits for high power users.  If you intend on regularly powering high powered devices such as Induction cooking or Airfyers then you should consider using a 24V system.  The current draw is reduced by half at 24V, so your system is twice as efficient.  Cabling cross-section is significantly reduced making is less expensive and easier to install. Inverters and battery management systems run cooler and more efficiently at higher voltages, so overall there is less strain on your system.
